- We train young people on site and usually prefer using manual labour in order to create jobs for young people.
- No need to plaster, no need to chase, no beam filling or lintels but well reinforced with Rods of different sizes based on the Engineer’s specifications.
HOW THE TECHNOLOGY WORKS
- Excavations & Raft foundation Casting
- Reinforcement for wals (steel bending and fixing for the walls)
- Assembling and erecting of reusable plastic formwork on the cured foundation.
- Reinforcing, positioning window block-outs, doorframes, electrical boxes, conduits, water, and waste pipes.
- Casting the walls and removal of formwork.
- The finishing steps are similar to our traditional building styles.
