1. RWANDA
BUMBOGO,GASABO (UBUNTU ESTATE) (Residential)
- About 400 units of affordable houses. Being contracted in partnership with government of Rwanda and the World Bank through BRD.
- Ongoing project with a build and occupy approach, some houses are already occupied by owners in the estate.
- Expected completion time is March 2025.
- 30 minutes’ drive to the city center, 10minutes walk to the industrial zone.
- To include mini shopping center including pharmacy, barbershop, gym, lawn tennis and kid’s playground and a nursery/crèche.
